This means that there should be no potential hazards above, on the sides, and on the ground. This way, you can have bonding activities together. You can also achieve the health benefits of doing exercises on a smaller-sized trampoline.

Exercising on a trampoline has many health benefits. This one reason why you should have a trampoline in your yard. Here are some of them.

It Is a Low-Impact Aerobic Exercise

A trampoline provides a smooth and soft but tough surface for doing your exercises. The surface even follows your weight when you move. This makes doing exercises on trampolines safer than when doing it on the ground. Jogging or walking may cause bone and muscle injuries and damages to your weight-bearing joints as you are exposed to high impacts from solid ground.

The jumping motion on trampolines is an excellent exercise to increase heart rate and the respiratory rate, which can improve cardiovascular health when done regularly in moderate to vigorous intensity.

It Improves Balance and Coordination

When jumping on a trampoline, getting unbalanced is not uncommon. However, constant practice will help you find your center of gravity, which allows you to balance your body consequently. This will also make you conscious of your movement that will aid in helping you achieve your equilibrium.

It Enhances Lymphatic Function

The lymphatic system of our body is vital in maintaining our immunity against diseases. It cleanses cells and collect wastes and direct them toward our excretory system. Unlike our cardiovascular system that circulates blood with the aid of the beating of our heart, our lymphatic system does not have a pump. Instead, it is dependent on muscle contraction to move the waste from our extremities to waste removal organs, such as the lungs, liver, kidneys, and the skin.
